We specialise in placing Qualified Social Workers, Senior Practitioners, Team Managers and Service Managers within Children>s and Adult>s services. We have contracts to supply to over 80% of London Boroughs, Essex, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Nottingham and Devon and we are continuously gaining new contracts. Winlight has comprehensive experience in Social Care Recruitment, offering dynamic advice and support and going the extra mile throughout the recruitment process which leads to successful placements for clients and candidates. We take pride in maintaining an in depth knowledge of the market so consultants are always on the ball. We work to develop long term working relationships and offer guidance and support to our candidates, as we recognise that starting a new job or changing career can be stressful and aim to make this transition as seamless as possible.
