Job Requirements and Duties
Oversee program operations and day-to-day leadership of FCCC Psychiatric Rehabilitation Minor Program and OMHC by developing and delivering on strategic goals in alignment with the overall Agencys objectives, providing management guidance, and operational oversight.
Maintaining an advisory board and ensuring compliance with meetings on a quarterly basis.
Ensure program and staff follows policies, procedures and compliance with COMAR regulations
Provide effective and efficient leadership and administrative management of the clinical department via individual and group supervision of staff and regular staff meetings and training.
Review, update and implement clinical policies, procedures, identify quality improvement opportunities and develop interventions to improve services and programming based on data collection review.
Review all clinical progress note for medical necessity.
Maintain accurate client census and ensure current insurance authorizations.
Participate in the recruitment, retention and development of qualified clinical staff and ensure that they are scheduled to meet patient demand. Hiring and Termination of all staff.
Assisting in management and execution of HR items including orientation and training new staff.
Identify staff strengths and weaknesses; provide specific coaching.
Oversee administrative staff and functions including payroll, billing and personnel.
Create and implement marketing plan; develop business partnerships.
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources and other health care providers.
Oversee program quality enhancement and develop individual program plans, licensing requirements and individuals supported needs; review and submit incident reports.
Implement program incident management protocols; ensure timely incident reporting and implementation of corrective action.
Oversee program implementation of health and safety programs for individuals receiving services and employees. Maintain licensing and compliance for program services and supports.
Provide all reports to state including death reports
Preparation of reports for State including audit reports.
Other duties related to the administration and day to day operation of the PRP and OMHC program.
