We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our medical group full time in Ashburn, VA. We are conveniently located 30 NW of Washington DC and are considered a part of the Washington metropolitan area. We are looking for a LCSW or LMFT with significant post licensure experience, who is licensed in VA and has experience working with the tween/adolescent population. Our ideal candidate would be experienced with conducting comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interested in picking up some test cases in addition to therapy cases.

Our services currently consist of psychological services, biofeedback, reiki, acupuncture and mindfulness-based stress reduction with plans to grow our services over the next year. We have a beautifully decorated office with a healing atmosphere, great parking, and a central location.
Basic Requirements
Masters degree in Clinical Social Work or equivalent degree from an accredited institution (LCSW or LMFTs with significant post licensure experience)
Current and active Virginia state license
Experience working with tweens and adolescents
Demonstrate strong case conceptualization skills with the ability to work with clients on diverse treatment goals and provide knowledge and expertise to patients and families
Availability for both in-person and telehealth services
Dependable, independent, reliable and a self-starter with a desire for long term commitment to grow an established practice
Skilled at treating a wide range of psychological conditions with the ability to tailor treatment to the unique needs of each client
A team player, with a desire to focus on being a clinician without the burden of running a business on your own
Malpractice Insurance required
Preferences that are not requirements, but significant pluses!
Expertise and a desire to conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments using a wide array of psychoeducational and socioemotional test assessments
Experience working with teen athletes and other adolescent and/or adult high performing populations to facilitate peak performance under pressure.
Salary:
$100,000 - $148,000 per year based on client caseload, credentials, and experience
