The clinician is expected to schedule 15 - 30 direct therapy hours per week, once they have established a steady caseload. The clinician should be available for scheduling based on the preferred appointment times for the adult population. This usually requires a variety of offerings including morning, mid-day, and evening hours. (The clinician only needs to be present at the office when there are appointments scheduled.)

Therapists are expected to conduct approximately 4 - 6 hours of direct clinical services per day, though some choose to schedule more. In our experience, the time it takes for a provider to build and maintain a caseload varies based on a number of factors. Credentialing with insurance companies typical takes 90-120 days.
